Hello! I'm Jason Stenberg, owner of Kansas City Christmas Lights. We are a family-owned business based in Shawnee, Kansas, proudly serving homeowners throughout the Kansas City metro since 2018.
Before starting this company, I spent 26 years serving our community as a firefighter, retiring at the rank of Battalion Chief. My wife is a middle school teacher, and together we've built a business centered on integrity, hard work, and exceptional customer service.
My journey into Christmas lighting began by helping fellow firefighters install holiday lights on my days during the off-season. What started as a side job quickly became a passion, and that passion grew into Kansas City Christmas Lights. Today, many of the same firefighters I worked alongside—as well as local teachers—are part of our installation team. I couldn't ask for a better group of professionals, and I'm confident you'll appreciate their character, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
